Kentucky WMU equips women, men, girls and boys to change a life and change the world. The world is coming to Lexington for the World Equestrian Games September 25- October 10. WMU is partnering with AIM to minister to the visitors as they come to Lexington. WMU has been given a unique opportunity to serve the 1000 grooms who are coming to take care of the horses. Please click for a flyer detailng the collection of items. There have been some updates to the original flyer that was mailed in January. We are looking for churches in the Lexington area to commit to providing shaving creme only. Please contact LaRaine if you would like to do this.

New opportunities to travel with Kentucky WMU: Our 2009 State Missions emphasis theme, "It's Harvest Time," focuses on the opportunities to share Christ through equestrian ministries, ministries to released offenders, and "Find It Here." 2009 materials are posted on our state missions page. Materials are undated and may be used anytime throughout the year. 2009-10 Eliza Broadus Offering Progress Report: As of March 3, 2010, the total received is $1,186,667.02, surpassing our goal of $1,100,000!! This is now the largest amount ever given to the Eliza Broadus Offering. Our offering year is September 1 through August 31. Let's see how high this goes! All funds received beyond the goal will be used for additional missions ministries across Kentucky. Thank you for visiting our site.
