Missions Growth / State Missionaries...... $295,000

Includes funding for salary and insurance benefits for their associational missionaries ($250,000), ministries preparing for the World Equestrian Games to be held in Kentucky in 2010($15,000); and funding for the Baptist Fellowship Center in Louisville ($20,000).

New Work / Language Missions..... $105,000

Ministries to various language and ethnic groups in Kentucky, including deaf ministry ($90,000); Hispanic Bible Institute ($15,000)

Church & Community Missions...... $180,000

Includes funds for appointed missionary personnel serving poor communities of Kentucky ($100,000); Church and Community outreach initiatives ($16,000); Missions Mobilization ($30,000); Literacy Conference ($1,000); Retreat for NAMB Career Appointed and NAMB Mission Service Corps missionaries serving in Kentucky ($3,000); Mountain Missions Transportation Fund to purchase mini-buses for Freeda Harris and Wheelwright Baptist Centers ($15,000); and Eastern Kentucky Ministry Buildings Fund to make repairs and upgrades to the Freeda harris and Wheelwright Baptist Centers ($15,000).

Missions Education, Leader Training, Missions Events, Resource Materials Materials....... $105,537

Includes training events for church & associational missions leaders, Resource Team training, leadership materials for new missions organizations, and travel expenses for missions education training. Events include Kentucky WMU Annual Meeting, Exalt (State Acteens Conference), Youth on Mission Night, Women on Mission Retreats, Children in Action Missions Day Camp, and GA JAM. Includes associational, age-level, language and general missions education development. Includes Baptist Nursing Fellowship and Collegiate Missions Education.

Missions Camps and Overnights....... $67,613

Includes staff, missionaries, recreation expenses, and materials for Mission Adventure Camp at Cedar Crest (camps and overnights); camp scholarships for needy children; Mother/Daughter Overnight, GA Overnight, and Acteens Splash at Jonathan Creek.

Promotion and Season of Prayer....... $84,650

Includes State Missions Week of Prayer Materials and Video, Kentucky Notes, Associational Newsletter, Yearbook Book Supplement, joint promotion with other KBC agencies, Kentucky WMU Executive Board.

Missions Education Scholarships & Internships......... $2,200

Seminary Field Education, Simmons Bible College, Campus Women on Mission Facilitator Scholarships.
